Our refund policy at PhotoPanda is quite simple:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer a 100% refund. No questions asked.
Please be aware:
- If you order has already been completed, initiating a refund will remove your photos from the PhotoPanda Cloud Vault Backup. You will no longer have access to you digital photos online.
- We will no longer be able to accept new orders from your address once a refund has been initiated.
Please reach out to [email protected] to initiate a refund. Please include your order number and “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.
We always strive to improve ourselves, and would appreciate knowing the reason for a refund (although this is not required, simply requesting a refund is enough to return your money).
The refund should appear on your bank statement within a 5-10 business days.
