Refund Policy

Our refund policy at PhotoPanda is quite simple:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer a 100% refund. No questions asked.

Please be aware:

  1. If you order has already been completed, initiating a refund will remove your photos from the PhotoPanda Cloud Vault Backup. You will no longer have access to you digital photos online.
  2. We will no longer be able to accept new orders from your address once a refund has been initiated.

Please reach out to [email protected] to initiate a refund. Please include your order number and “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email.

We always strive to improve ourselves, and would appreciate knowing the reason for a refund (although this is not required, simply requesting a refund is enough to return your money).

The refund should appear on your bank statement within a 5-10 business days.
