Refund Policy

Our refund policy at PhotoPanda is to always make things right.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer a 100% refund. No questions asked.

Order Upgrades

If you’re not satisfied with the box size you ordered (too big or too small), we would love to help you find the correct size. Please tell us which box would suit you best, and we will send out the new size for only the cost of the upgrade. No restocking, reshipping, or other fees!

Full Refunds

If you changed your mind about photo digitizing or are unhappy about the service you’ve recieved, we will gladly offer a full refund to your original payment method.

Please be aware:

  1. If you order has already been completed, initiating a refund will remove your photos from the PhotoPanda Cloud Vault Backup. You will no longer have access to you digital photos online.
  2. We will no longer be able to accept new orders from your address once a refund has been initiated.

We always strive to improve ourselves, and would appreciate knowing the reason for a refund (although this is not required, simply requesting a refund is enough to return your money).

The refund should appear on your bank statement within a 5-10 business days.
