Refund Policy
Our unyielding policy at PhotoPanda is Absolutely Guaranteed. Every time. Any reason. Or we will make it right.
If our service isn't the most comprehensive and secure photo preservation experience you've ever had, we'll refund every penny—and you keep everything.
Order Upgrades
If you're not satisfied with the box size you ordered (too big or too small), we would love to help you find the correct size. Please tell us which box would suit you best, and we will send out the new size for only the cost of the upgrade. No restocking, reshipping, or other fees!
You can upgrade to a larger box size from your Order Status page at any time. You can find the link to your Order Status page in any of the emails we've sent you.

Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer a 100% refund. See exceptions below.
If you changed your mind about photo digitizing or are unhappy about the service you've received, we will generally offer a full refund to your original payment method according to the policies in our Terms and Conditions.
The one exception to our generous refund policy is if your scanned and completed order did not follow the guidelines in our Photo Requirements and paper one-sheet provided with your initial box. In this case, we will offer a partial refund of 50% of the order total.
Please be aware:
- Refunds cannot be made to a different payment method than the original payment method.
- Refunds cannot be made more than 365 days after the order was placed.
- We cannot reimburse shipping costs you've paid to send your photos to us.
Please reach out to [email protected] to initiate a refund. Please include your order number and "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email.
We always strive to improve ourselves, and would appreciate knowing the reason for a refund (although this is not required).
The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.
Triple Assurance Guarantee
We understand that trusting someone else with your photos can feel like a big leap, and your peace of mind is our top priority. That's why we created the Triple Assurance Guarantee to show just how serious we are about protecting your memories.
If your photos are ever lost while in transit to or from our facility, we will not only refund your entire payment, but we will also compensate you with TRIPLE the amount you originally paid. We believe your memories are irreplaceable, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to safety, reliability, and transparency.
This policy is our way of holding ourselves accountable, so you never have to worry about the safety of your photos again. Because we don't just want to meet your expectations—we want to exceed them.
How to Request a Triple Assurance Guarantee
To request a Triple Assurance Guarantee, please Contact Us and provide the following information:
- Your name and Order number
- Your return address
- The missing shipment tracking number, which shows the delivery was never completed successfully
If the shipment was marked as delivered this guarantee does not apply. We strongly recommend using Signature Confirmation in areas where package theft is common.
We will send you a check for three times the amount you originally paid to your return address on the order within 14 business days.
