Really great service. Not only did they do a great job scanning all of our photos, they also scanned the backs of any that had writing on them and they enhance all of the photos as well so you get the original and enhanced scans. Not to mention they all go on an easily shareable and accessible link, and you get your photos back in great condition. Ours were also done very fast and the customer service was great! Thank you.
Fast and efficient, no need to count photos, they scan both sides (so if you’re old school and wrote on the back it gets captured), came back organized in the bundles they were sent, good quality digital images (I had some dodgy cameras in my youth). I looked at a few services to get my pre-digital photos converted and this was by far the most efficient for me.

I was disappointed and was really looking forward to sending in all of my photos but one was upside down and a couple were on top of each other. I was hoping for better editing and color correction. I did appreciating the free sample.
Quick turnaround, excellent service. I have boxes of old family photos, some so old I have no idea who is in the pictures. I can’t keep schlepping them everywhere so this has been a great option. Get them scanned so they aren’t lost and let the paper go.

So I did the free, ‘give us a try’ type of deal. I was very skeptical. We had been looking at several companies to convert all of our pictures to digital and I happened upon them. I chose a variety of pictures to send them as a sort of test, if you will. I sent old, new, poor resolution, etc. (truth be told, I was pretty nervous about sending the photos and never seeing them again so I scanned the priceless ones at home first and then sent them, just in case : ) )
So as promised; the small envelope arrived in the mail, no charge to me. I filled it with about 40ish photos and dropped it back in the mail. The envelope postage was pre-paid by PhotoPanda. I received an email a few days later letting me know the photos had arrived, and then another email a few days after that letting me know my photos were ready for review and downloading (online). Our photos were scanned perfectly! They even scanned the backsides if there had been writing on them. Then about a week later we received the originals back in the mail as promised. This free trial was 100% free to us! I am so glad I tried it because otherwise, I may not have used them for our future scanning. PhotoPanda’s pricing is so much less than others, I was not sure they would be up to par, they are!
My only complaint would be that on one of the scans, two of our pictures were stuck together and they scanned them that way. Seems like someone would have corrected that. It was only the one scan and everything else was great. We are currently collecting all of our photos to be digitized and will be sending them to PhotoPanda to have this done.
Photo Panda was upfront with prices & number of photos. The digital photos were perfect and received very timely. Very pleased with their service. Will use again!
Photo panda delivered more than they promised on their website. I am downsizing and had many photo albums I didn’t want to move again. I easily placed my order on the website. My empty box came promptly. They notified me when they started scanning my photos and once completed my photos and memory stick were returned much sooner than expected. I am filling my 2nd box right now.

PhotoPanda met all my expectations of a great photo scanning service for a reasonable price. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I appreciated the simple purchase process of being sent a box to put my photos in without having to worry about counting out how many photos would be scanned. The scanning process itself was quick and professional with both an online cloud album and USB drive to access all of my digital scans. I would definitely recommend PhotoPanda and plan to scan more photos.
First and most important, I was very happy with the scans. I sent a cache of old photos, mostly from the 50’s and 60’s. They did a great job with the original scans and the enhanced images. In addition, they kept me informed at every step of the way. Looking forward to putting together my family photobook.

Everything was beyond my expectations - loved having the groups of photos just as I had requested and many of the scanned photos were better/clearer than the paper ones!
I didn’t realize (hadn’t read - and that is on me) that the backs of all the photos would be scanned or I would have written notes.

This is the first time I used PhotoPanda. It’s been a very positive experience. The steps are very straight forward, once you select the amount of the pics you want to scan, they will mail you the box and you put all the pics into it. They are very responsive and helpful if you have any question. The quality of the scanned photos is excellent. HIGH QUALITY scans. PhotoPanda sent two scans of every photo–I was delighted with the “enhanced” scans. Also: PhotoPanda scanned the backside of any photo with something on the back. Really valuable for my photos – all of them old, some with dates on the back, some with notations in my mother’s handwriting. I am just very HAPPY with my scans.

Smooth and simple process. I even moved while the photos were getting scanned and it was easy to change the return address for my originals. Only thing I would say is that occasionally both the front and back of a photo was scanned which makes viewing a slower process.

The colors on the enhanced photos looked like they were overly bright and phony looking and they blended into each other. There was little definition.

PhotoPanda is a reliable and fast service. My photos were digitized in high quality - they look great! Some of the photos I submitted were cut oddly, and PhotoPanda’s digitized photos did not reflect this/look odd at all. Service was speedy, completed in a fraction of the estimated time. I can’t wait to get more of my photos digitized with PhotoPanda!
Easy, Efficient, and Reasonably Priced. I placed my order, a box was sent a few days later, I filled the box with organized photos rubber-banded together by group, and sent it off. They emailed me that my photos were received, which is comforting. Within a week, I received a link to my scanned photos, both the originals and the enhanced photos. Each group of photos was in its own folder, which is nice when looking for a particular print. At first, I thought that I was missing a group, so I emailed them. Immediately, they went through my batches of photos and sure enough, my stack was there. I had mistakenly grouped it with another stack. Again, another relief. I would definitely use PhotoPanda.

I went to PhotoPanda for my photos and it was amazing for their free service. I liked that they scanned everything, provided everything and scanned all the photos. And then gave me the password to download them all.
good quality from start to finish. They send you the box and all you do is put the photos in and drop it off. Less than two weeks later we had our albums back. everything is digital now!
