Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, the referee must complete a qualifying transaction.

Qualifying Transaction: A qualifying transaction is defined as a purchase made by a new customer referred to PhotoPanda that meets or exceeds a minimum purchase amount of $95 (excluding taxes, discounts, and any other additional fees). The referrer can not refer themselves.

Gift Card Delivery: Amazon gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the participant within 30 days of the qualifying transaction. Gift cards may be accumulated into larger denominations at PhotoPanda’s discretion.

Misuse: Any attempts to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the referral program, including creating multiple accounts, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and potential suspension from PhotoPanda’s services. PhotoPanda reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if it suspects misuse.

Termination: PhotoPanda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the referral program will be used in accordance with PhotoPanda’s privacy policy.
